These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Website and all transactions conducted through it.

Any visitor, user, or customer accessing, browsing, or purchasing through the Website is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full and without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the Website or placing orders.

YACHTNESS OE uses reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, and availability displayed on the Website are accurate and up to date.

• Product images are indicative and may differ slightly from the actual product.
• Prices include all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
• Where discounts are advertised, the lowest price applied during the previous 30 days is clearly indicated, in compliance with EU price transparency rules. 

YACHTNESS OE reserves the right to correct typographical or technical errors without prior notice.

5. Order Process & Contract Conclusion

A contract is concluded only when YACHTNESS OE confirms acceptance of your order by email.

YACHTNESS OE reserves the right to reject or cancel orders in cases including but not limited to:

• Product unavailability & delivery incapacities
• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraud or misuse

6. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer Right)

In accordance with EU and Greek consumer protection law, you have the right to withdraw from a distance purchase within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date you (or a designated third party) acquire physical possession of the goods.

• No justification is required
• The withdrawal is free of charge
• You bear only the direct cost of returning the goods
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned products

This right does not apply to statutory exceptions (e.g. customized goods or sealed items opened after delivery).

• YACHTNESS OE does not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free operation of the Website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for intent, gross negligence, or mandatory statutory consumer rights.

Any such changes shall be duly communicated to consumers through the relevant pages of the e‑shop. All contractual agreements concluded through the e‑shop shall be governed by and drafted in accordance with Greek law.
